So we decided to do the final weigh-in for FS II after Christmas and also make it the baseline weigh in for FS III. Not surprisingly, not many of the crew had lost weight over the festive period…

The highlight of this week’s weigh in was Leon showing up. And weighing in. And registering the same weight as his starting weight. All pretty amazing events.

The highlight of this week’s weigh in, also known as the “Monday Night Social”, was Moose’s story of a damaged toe, which made him unable to remove his shoes to stand on the scales. But he did go home and weigh his shoes, which miraculously brought him in under his target weight loss for the week. They are either very heavy shoes, or his luggage scales are a bit dodgy …
